We accept FSA and HSA debit cards for payment. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for massages. Please check the requirements of your account, which may include obtaining a medical necessity form from your doctor. Once you have the necessary documentation, we can create a customized plan based on your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide you with a superbill or itemized receipts that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Do you provide itemized receipts?

Yes, we are happy to provide itemized receipts for your records. To ensure prompt service, please request a receipt from our admin staff or email us after each massage session. Note that requests for multiple receipts at once may incur a small fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Are you open on holidays?

We are closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Our hours may vary on other holidays. For accurate information, please check our website or give us a call.

Do you have a shower, steam room, or sauna?

We do not have any of these facilities available at the moment.

What should I wear during the massage?

Please undress to your comfort level. We respect your privacy and will never expose any private areas. If you choose to leave your bra on and want a back massage, please remember to unhook it.

Where is Elm & Serenity located?

Elm & Serenity is conveniently located near 495 and Tyson's Corner Mall. Our address is off Dolly Madison (Route 123), at the intersection of Elm and Vincent Place. You can also find the McLean Postal Office and INOVA building near our office square. Once you arrive, turn left into the office square, and our office is on the left.

Which floor are you on?

Our studio is on the 2nd floor. Take the first flight of stairs, and you'll find our waiting area to the left in our suite. Please relax and have a seat there, and we will come to get you when we are ready. Please avoid knocking on the doors, as we may be in a massage session.

Where can I park?

We have a large parking lot available at our studio. Please ensure that you park within the McLean Office Square.
